Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: GL12CX-IN015T
Firmware Version:GL12CX.312
My pc is still under warranty. i don't get it why so much trouble for customer to register for service activate package really disappointed Asus. I bought my pc 2019 Oct and am trying to register now. I received Asus warranty Information form book in the box when i bought but it seems it's useless.

I am also looking for the VIP card, to activate the service package for the Tuf 3080. There was nothing in the box with any codes on it. It askes for :

*Contract code from VIP Card：
* Password from VIP Card：
With no explanation of what they are or where they can be found. Can some one help? We're not the only one's asking, but there are no answers anywhere.
